If you want to lose weight for the first time, you really should:
  • eat less   
  • eat smaller   
  • workout 3-6 times a week.   
  • eat a healthy dinner and decide is that what you want   
  • vegetables   
  • eat little portions every 3 hours

  • get off yer ass   
  • lose it   
  • eat protein and low carbs

  • look at history. Fat used to = beautiful.   
  • remember that most of skinny girls/guys have it in genes   
If you want to lose weight you should never:
  • give in to TV commercials giving you promise of getting thin fast   
  • spend money on it   
  • starve yourself   
  • skip meals   
  • give up just because you think it's not working.   
  • eat lots of creamy cakes and sizzlin' steaks.   
  • eat   
  • become bulimic.   
  • say i will start next week!!   
  • give up any one food, just eat very little of it   
  • diet. Exercise   
If you want to lose weight you might like this about it:
  • you can wipe your arse properly   
  • you wont smell of BO   
  • you'll feel much fitter   
  • you'll feel much more energetic because you'll weight less with time   
  • take up three seats on an aeroplane   
  • you'll be able to see your toes/genitalia again!   
  • ... or girlfriend? who says this is all about women?   
  • ... and do you really want one anyway? they're a lot of trouble   
  • lost weight and loosened skin could help making you a flying Batman superhero   
  • you'll immediately get a boyfriend   
If you want to lose weight you won't be happy to know that:
  • it's hard work.   
  • the only working way to get fit is eat less and exercise regularly   
  • fad diets NEVER WORK. And you'll gain it back NO MATTER WHAT.   
  • 99.9% of TV infomercials "equipment" is junk that doesn't work as advertised and "before" models are often pregnant skinny women   
  • you will have to watch your weight for all life long   
  • you can't eat burgers   
  • it's pointless. You'll die anyway. And skinny people are assholes.   
  • most of slim people are just genetically slim and don't have to diet/exercise   
If you want to lose weight then you could enjoy similar things/activities:
  • boring everyone about your diet   
  • sex   
  • running   
  • sport walking   
  • push-ups, sit-ups, and carrots.   
  • jogging   
  • re-looking   
If you want to really want to lose weight you should have those things:
  • patience   
  • diet plan   
  • a reading of "overweight" or "obese" when measuring your bmi   
  • gumption   
  • perserverance   
  • anorexia.   
If you want to lose weight and you want to push the limits, try to:
  • actually do a diet   
  • try to do more push-ups or pull-ups everyday   
  • lay down in the middle of the road to find the distance where your belly is visible to the drivers   
  • live by the Warrior Diet   
  • take up a hunger strike to impeach Bush.
